When did Edina host golf’s U.S. Open?

C) On July 10, 1930,  Interlachen would host the U.S. Open Championship, which at that time was a two-day tournament.  At the end of play, golf legend Bobby Jones would win the title for the fourth time. Interlachen was also scheduled to host the same tournament in 1942, but but the event was canceled after the outbreak of World War II.
