If you can’t wait a few days until the debut of the fourth season of Andrew Zimmern’s “Bizarre Foods America,” then the Huffington Post has a little taste.
The website posted a clip Wednesday of the Minnesota-based celebrity chef and TV host during a trip to California, where he samples a plate with snap peas, tofu custard and a coconut water mint vinaigrette at Red Medicine restaurant in Beverly Hills.

The clip is very easy to stomach, at least compared to the thought of other dishes the Huffington Post said Zimmern ate, like pig head tamales in Watts, Calif., and steamed chicken embryo in Long Beach.
The show’s fourth season kicks off Monday night on the Travel Channel at 8 p.m. CT.
The debut of “Bizarre Foods America’s” new season comes two months after Zimmern won a prestigious James Beard Award for Outstanding Personality/Host for the show.
