The Twin Cities Premium Outlet Mall is set to open in Eagan in a few weeks, and the final stores that will be there were revealed Wednesday morning.
The mall – set to open Aug. 14, just before the start of the busy back-to-school fall shopping season – will have more than 100 stores, including Saks Fifth Avenue’s discount outlet Sak’s Off Fifth, Coach, Michael Kors, Nike, and Gap Factory Store.
The newly-announced stores, which haven’t appeared at other outlet malls in the state, include: Armani, 7 for All Mankind, Steve Madden, Filson leather goods for men, Vera Bradley and Francesca’s Collections, according to reports.

It will be the closest major outlet mall to the Twin Cities metro, and the only one within the seven-county metro area. The Star Tribune notes the mall will feature a convenient racetrack design, providing easy access to all the stores.
The mall has four days of events planned to celebrate its grand opening – the Eagan website has a countdown clock marking the occasion. It’s also giving away a $50 gift card in the days leading up to the grand opening.

Les Morris, the director of corporate public relations for Simon Property Group, spoke to WCCO Wednesday to talk about the new outlet mall:
Paragon Outlet Partners, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate firm, owns a 65 percent stake in Twin Cities Premium Outlets, located at the intersection of Highway 13 and Highway 77. The remainder is owned by the Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group.
The mall’s regular hours will be 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reports.
