There are only four Ruby Tuesday restaurants left in Minnesota.
The closures of at least eight locations in the state come less than a week after the company announced it’d be closing 95 of its 724 restaurants.
Ruby Tuesday explained that it had a rough year and would shutter the restaurants by September – however last week it did not specify which locations wouldclose.
Which are still open?
The Minnesota restaurants that are still open are all located in the Twin Cities area: Rosedale Center in Roseville, Southdale Mall in Edina, Shakopee, and Inver Grove Heights.
There are also Ruby Tuesday restaurants open in Fargo, Grand Forks and Sioux Falls.
In Wisconsin, there are two locations near Milwaukee.

Which ones closed?
The restaurants in the Mall of America, Apple Valley, Champlin, Chaska, Cottage Grove, Eden Prairie, Plymouth and Stillwater are no longer listed on the Ruby Tuesday website.
BringMeTheNews reached out to all of those locations and there was either no answer or no connection.
There is no word if there are plans to close any other Minnesota locations by September.
President and CEO JJ Buettgen said in a statement that employees affected by the closures will be offered positions at nearby restaurants where possible.
The chain is hoping to increase customers and sales through its new Fresh Start initiative, including a revamped menu.
