Yes, you can design your own can of LaCroix

Stop what you’re doing. You can design your own can of LaCroix sparkling water.

And the possibilities are endless.

The website – MyLaCroix.com – features a spinning can of LaCroix that you can design. You pick the colors and then name your flavor.

When you’re done “flavorizing” it, the website gives you the option to share it on Facebook or Twitter, or download a gif of the can.

If you need inspiration, there’s an entire gallery of the top flavors designed through the site. Among them: “Stranger Things”pumpkin spice, and Sriracha, and thousands more. Many others are sharing their flavors using the hashtag #myLaCroix.

The website launched Wednesday, and in just 24 hours fans of the effervescent water have created 40,000 cans, Uri Ratner of Nelson Cash, the creative studio that created the website, told BringMeTheNews.

Nelson Cash isn’t even affiliated with LaCroix – they’re just big LaCroix fans, according to a blog post on the studio’s website. And after one drunken night, they decided to come up with the LaCroix flavor generator.

Why is LaCroix so popular?

LaCroix has been around for more than 30 years, but only recently did it become the bubbly beverage everyone is talking about.

The switch from it being the drink of health-conscious “Midwestern moms” to a “status symbol” of young professionals across the country happened in the past year or so, Vox says.

The publication looked at the Wisconsin-born, sugar-free carbonated water’s rise to popularity, attributing it to the decline of pop in recent years (and some good marketing).

Vox says LaCroix has something going for it when compared to other sparkling waters: the price, and all of the flavor options.

In 2004, there were six flavors of LaCroix. By 2015, the company had added at least 14 more. See all 20 of LaCroix’s flavors online here, and if you can’t decide on which one to try, The Awl has ranked some of the best flavors.
