The sky was clear above Hall’s Island in northeast Minneapolis on Saturday for the third Festival Palomino.
“The weather could not have been nicer with the sun shining down all day, and later, a nearly full moon lit up the sky behind the stage,” according to MinneapolisMusicBlog.
A few weeks ago, organizers moved the concert from its original location in Shakopee because of delayed construction plans at Canterbury Park.
The American roots music festival is curated and headlined by the Duluth-based band Trampled By Turtles. It is produced by Thirty Tigers, Rose Presents, and First Avenue.
