An artist in Duluth has transformed a giant rock formation there into an elephant.

The Lincoln Park rock – which already resembles an elephant, thus the name Elephant rock – gained an eye, toes and some extra color. It's all thanks to local artist Adam Swanson.

The Duluth News Tribune says Swanson was approached by the Lincoln Park Business Group to create chalk art that would help draw the community to the area. It was finished by Saturday for an open house there.

If you'd like to see it, you better visit soon. Since the work of art was done in chalk, it will eventually wash away.

For more about the Elephant Rock art, check out the Duluth News Tribune's article.
