DJ's 'Hottest Women in Radio' calendar project includes KDWB's Falen

Author:

If Florida morning radio show host and TV personality Mark Kaye has his way, there will soon be a 2014 "Hottest Women in Radio" calendar featuring, among others, a radio personality from the Twin Cities.

Kaye, who is based in Jacksonville, Fla., says in an email that he's started a Kickstarter campaign to raise money for the project.

The idea was sparked by the "50 Hottest Women in Radio" list that Kaye published this summer, which featured Falen Bonsett from KDWB's "Dave Ryan in the Morning Show" at No. 3.

"When we published the list of the '50 Hottest Women in Radio' earlier this year we were inundated with requests to turn some of the photos into a calendar," Kaye says in a press release. "So, that's exactly what we're doing."

Erico Rico from 93Q in Houston topped Kaye's list.

The top 12 women on the list will be featured in the calendar. Kaye says Bonsett will be "Miss April."

The Kickstarter campaign, which is looking to secure $5,225 for the project, ends Nov. 6.

In his pitch video, Kaye says he is confident people will invest in the calendar project, because "my Kickstarer allows you to gawk at hot women every single day for an entire year."

Among the perks: $50 can get you a copy of the calendar signed by Rico, who will appear on the cover. The top pledge is for $1,000, where businesses can get a banner on one of the calendar's pages.
