If you'd like a life where the only thing separating you from Lambeau Field is the fence in your own back yard, then this house is for you.

But if you live in the sane world, this house is not for you.

Listed about a month ago, this Cape Cod-style single family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms right next to the home of the Green Bay Packers (ugh) is available for the low price of $799,900.

That's not a typo, and as the listing agent Steven Arendt told BMTN, living across the street from the house that Brett Favre built is like "lakefront property" in Wisconsin.

Arendt would know. He says he's sold a similar house near Lambeau for $615,000.

Gross.

Gross.

"Showed it to some investors," Arendt said of this latest listing. "This one is really nice. The guy totally updated it. Really nice bar, wine cellar, every room in the house has been updated."

Wine bar? We thought Packers fans only got drunk on cheap beer.

That's beside the point. Anyway, the back yard of the less than 2,000 square foot home faces the stadium, which the listing calls an "awe inspiring iconic Lambeau Field staring right at you!"

Maybe Anthony Barr could put in an offer?
