While the general public will have to wait just a little while longer to get a glimpse inside the vaunted Paisley Park compound, Al Roker isn't just anybody.
The veteran newsman brought the Today cameras over to Chanhassen for a first look at the new Prince Museum.
Inside, the museum is shaping up to be a must-see destination for Prince superfans. There's a fully outfitted NPG Music Club performance space, mountains of memorabilia, handwritten lyric sheets, a full tour through Prince's hallowed Studio A, and even a "Purple Rain Room" featuring The Kid's iconic motorcycle and lovesign guitar.
Roker also interviews two of Prince's half-sisters, Sharon and Norrine Nelson, who definitively state that "Prince's spirit" can be felt within the museum.
