Hundreds of people dive into Lake Minnetonka in subzero temps

Now that's really brave (or really crazy).

Hundreds of people kicked off the new year by diving into an icy Lake Minnetonka when it was minus 13 degrees outside.

Only in Minnesota, right?

It's for the annual ALARC Ice Dive

For the past 28 years, the fitness club ALARC says people have been raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project and other local organizations – then plunging into cold water.

This year, 352 people jumped in. According to ALARC, that's lower than last year – probably because it was so cold.

But still. That's a lot of people who jumped into really cold water.
