KARE 11, NFL reporters' rapping 3-year-old daughter is a viral hit
A Minnesota 3 year old is now an online sensation after her parents shared a video of her dabbling in a bit of DMX.
Sara Pelissero, a multimedia producer for KARE 11 in the Twin Cities, posted the below video of daughter Tegan singing along to "Party Up (Up In Here)" on Monday.
Since then, it has been retweeted more than 78,000 times and viewed more than 5 million times.
It got helped along the way by Tegan's father and Sara's husband, NFL.com reporter Tom Pelissero, who retweeted the video to his 65,000-plus followers.
Tegan's a champ. I was out of town when the video was shot/posted," Tom told BMTN. "She told me today one of her daycare teachers was singing that song – not the first time she's come home saying something that made us laugh. As for the chores, she's been an awesome little helper, especially since Sara's cancer diagnosis back in the fall. Cool kid.
Thankfully, Sara was cleared of her cancer in December.
Tweeting on Wednesday, Sara described the reaction as "crazy."
The reaction on the internet was predictably overwhelming – with Tegan getting credit not just for her song choice, but also for the fact she's cleaning up at the time.
