Keith Urban announces January concert in Twin Cities

Country music superstar Keith Urban is coming back to Minnesota, the Pioneer Press reports.

Urban, who headlined WE Fest in Detroit Lakes with Carrie Underwood and Eric Church earlier this month, will play Target Center in Minneapolis Jan. 11 as part of his "Light the Fuse Tour."

Tickets for the concert will go on sale Oct. 18. Opening up for Urban is Dustin Lynch.

Apart from being the husband of Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman, Urban, 45, has been a mainstay on the country music charts since 1999 with 14 No. 1 singles.

Urban, who was a judge last year on Fox Television's "American Idol," recently signed on for a second season, which begins early next year.
