Update: Lady Gaga tickets are already sold out

She'll play the Xcel Center in August.

Well hopefully you bought Lady Gaga tickets today if you were hoping to go. Because they are sold the heck out already.

Tickets for the Joanne World Tour went on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Monday. At 4:36 p.m. – about 6.5 hours later – the Xcel Energy Center sent out an email saying the St. Paul show was entirely sold out.

In fact, every tour date in North America is already sold out.

Due to the "overwhelming response," Gaga added second shows in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Toronto, New York and Boston. And apparently Minnesota isn't good enough to get a second show, so, whatever.

Anyway, the St. Paul show is Aug. 21. And unless she adds another show, or some tickets magically get returned, you'll have to resort to the marked-upsecondary market, where the cheapest ones we found Monday afternoon were $70.

The original story from Feb. 6 is below.

Lady Gaga is going on tour to visit her monsters, and it includes a stop in Minnesota.

Fresh off her Super Bowl halftime performance (watch the video below), Lady Gaga announced her Joanne World Tour, which begins Aug. 1 in Vancouver, British Columbia. She'll be coming to the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on Aug. 21.

This tour is supporting her fifth studio album Joanne, which was released in October 2016 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200, a news release says.

Tickets for the show cost between $47.50 and $252.50, and go on sale Monday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. You can buy them online at Ticketmaster.com, Livenation.com or by visiting the Xcel Energy Center box office.
