Lil Wayne's concert at Target Center just added some big-name talent.

Rescheduled from Feb. 25 to Friday, March 31, Weezy's show will feature openers Rick Ross and Young Jeezy. (They replace previous support from Mike Stud and Mod Sun.)

Ross just debuted the cover art for his forthcoming ninth album, Rather You Than Me, on the Instagram of his friend Martha Stewart, of all places. They've been friends for a while now.

Here's the world premiere of the artwork of @richforever's album #RatherYouThanMe. Its available March 17th and the pre-order will be going live this Friday on iTunes!

The last update from Feb. 22 is below.

Lil Wayne's Twin Cities show scheduled for Feb. 25 isn't happening Feb. 25.

The Target Center announced Wednesday the Saturday concert has been rescheduled to Friday, March 31.

The reason? "Scheduling conflicts" is all that's given.

The show will be at 7 p.m., and tickets for Feb. 25 will still be honored on March 31.

The original story from Jan. 17 is below.

Lil Wayne is coming to Minneapolis in February.

The rapper is set to perform at Target Center on Saturday, Feb. 25. Openers for the event are rappers Mike Stud and Mod Sun, who is from Bloomington.

Tickets for Lil Wayne's show cost $37 to $102, and go on sale Thursday, Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. Get them online here.

The show comes at a time when the hip-hop world has heard as much about his disputes with his label, Cash Money, as the music. The long-awaited Tha Carter V has experienced a series of delays. Its predecessor, Tha Carter IV, was released in 2011, and Wayne has since put out I Am Not a Human Being II in 2013 and the Free Weezy Album in 2015. The conflict hit a fever pitch when Wayne reportedly sued his label for $51 million.

“[Carter V is] definitely coming out," Cash Money co-founder Birdman said in a recent interview. "The situation with me and my son, bruh – I’ma put all of that behind us and just let it move forward."

His most-recent radio hit was last year's "Sucker for Pain," a collaboration with Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, Logic, Ty Dolla $ign, and X Ambassadors. Weezy also hinted at his label troubles on Chance the Rapper's "No Problem." He released the book Gone 'Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island in October.

Weezy's last scheduled Twin Cities show didn't happen after a disagreement over event security. According to the Star Tribune, Wayne chose not to perform a 2015 show at the Venue in downtown Minneapolis after “members of his entourage refused to take part in the Venue’s standard safety procedures."
