Lazy Sunday is your weekly ticket to aural relaxation on Go 96.3, and host Linnea is venturing out into the world to explore new ways to get seriously chill.

Her first Lazy Sunday field trip was a visit to Float Foundation, a Twin Cities spa specializing in Float Therapy. Combining sensory deprivation with a 200 gallon tank of epsom salt-infused water, Float Therapy makes it easier than ever for practitioners to find their zen.

Check out Linnea's interview with Float Foundation staff about the benefits of this unique therapy, and watch the Lazy Sunday host get her float on!
