Andrew Lloyd Webber's new version of "The Wizard of Oz" and the Tony Award-winning revival of "The Gerswin's Porgy and Bess" are among the productions coming to the Ordway Center for the Arts in St. Paul in 2013-14, the venue has announced.

"The Wizard of Oz," set for Dec. 4-29, was developed from the original screenplay of the classic MGM film. It includes the original songs from the film, in addition to new songs by Lloyd Webber and lyricist Tim Rice.

Also making a stop at the Ordway in 2013 is a new version of the Tony Award-winning musical "Miss Saigon," set for Oct. 8-13.

Among the shows coming to the Ordway in 2014 are "The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess" from March 25-30, and "Bring it On: The Musical," inspired by the 2000 movie "Bring it On," from May 13-18.

Three "Broadway Songbook" runs are also slated for the 2013-14 season.

"Broadway Songbook: The Words and Music of Musicals of the 1950s" is set for Oct. 17-20, 2013, while "Broadway Songbook: The Words and Music of George and Ira Gershwin" will run Jan. 3-5, 2014.

"Broadway Songbook: The Words and Music of Somden and Green," is set to run June 13-15, 2014.
