Minnesota-born comedy star Louie Anderson is about to make a splash, quite literally, on ABC, the Pioneer Press reports.

Anderson, 59, who grew up in St. Paul and returns to Minnesota frequently, is one of the 10 celebrities who will take part in "Splash," a reality competition formerly known as "Celebrity Diving."

Among the seven other participants who have been named so far are Detroit Lions stars Ndamukong Suh, "Baywatch" actress Nicole Eggert and Katherine Webb -- the former Miss Alabama whose popularity exploded after Brent Musberger's commentary about her during the recent NCAA football championship game.

Olympic diver Greg Louganis will help train the drivers.

The show is set to debut March 19 on ABC.
