Louis CK is coming to MN this summer on his stand-up tour

Louis CK will come to Minnesota as part of his 2016 stand-up tour.

The acclaimed comedian announced Monday he'll stop at the Target Center on Aug. 2, toward the tail end of a U.S. tour that kicks off in Baltimore this week.

Tickets for the gig are already on sale – click here to purchase them. Prices go from a low end of $25 for upper level seats on the opposite end of the arena from the stage; up to $65 for floor and lower level seating. He'll be in Milwaukee the day before.

CK hasn't done a show in Minneapolis since October of 2012, according to his website.

What else is he up to? Well you can get his surprise streaming TV show "Horace and Pete" for $31 now. He dropped episode one with no prior announcement on a Saturday, and released one each week for the next couple months.

His hit FX show "Louie" is on hiatus, with no specific return date (if it even does come back).
