Audra Martin is the newest member of the FOX Sports North on-air team covering Minnesota Wild hockey and Minnesota Twins baseball.

FSN introduced Martin Wednesday as a sideline reporter and host for Wild and Twins games – essentially the same role as Jamie Hersch, who recently accepted a job with NHL Network.

Martin will make her FSN debut Oct. 18.

"This opportunity with FOX Sports North allows me to cover two of the sports that I'm most passionate about," said Martin in a release from FSN. "I am thrilled to return to the Midwest and eager to connect with Minnesota Wild and Twins fans."

Martin is a Chicago native with a background as a sideline reporter and anchor covering everything from prep sports to professional baseball, basketball, hockey and football. She's spent the past three years working at WKRN in Nashville as an anchor and reporter. She also worked as the sideline reporter for the Tennessee Titans.

Not only can Martin deliver on camera, she can also belt out a pretty solid National Anthem, as she did in a 2009 WNBA game for the Atlanta Dream.

According to her bio at WKRN, Martin has been singing since she was 12-years-old. She also plays the violin.

We stumbled on her Youtube channel and found another fun video of her and her cat.
