Beau Sinchai began selling her handcrafted concrete, architectural and geometric jewelry in 2014. The name Koonyai ties back to her roots, as it translates to beloved grandmother in Thai.

Sinchai grew up in Thailand with her grandmother before coming to the Midwest to study art at Cranbrook Academy of Art, then she eventually set up her studio in Minneapolis.

Besides, her own shop, Sinchai also suggests WAAM Industries. The artists at WAAM create handmade wooden storage items and modern, thoughtful takes on classic items like dog bowls and lunch bags.
