The MN man behind Owl City has a music video just for Dad – you might want to grab a tissue

No, he's not giving his dad 10 million fireflies.

Just in time for Father's Day, Adam Young (aka the Owl City guy) has released a new music video.

This time, the Owatonna native scrapped the 10 million fireflies to straight up say, "Hey dad, I love ya." The song is called "Not all Heroes Wear Capes," and Young released the video for it on Friday.

"The older I get, the more inspired I am to write music about my own relationships," Young said on Facebook. "One of the most important relationships in my life is the one I have with my dad. I imagine to everyone else, he is just a normal guy— but to me, he is a hero."

The video was filmed at Young's father's shop in Owatonna. And yes, Young's dad stars in the video, according People magazine.

And if you still haven't picked up a card for your dad, Owl City has an e-card you can customize here.

Grab some tissues and watch the video below. If you want to download or stream the song, you can find it here.
