MOA to host two stars of 'The Host'

Two stars of the upcoming alien invasion thriller "The Host" will be occupying the Mall of America in Bloomington next week.

According to the MOA, Jake Abel ("I am Number Four") and Max Irons ("Red Riding Hood") will be at the mall March 8 for a private meet and greet screening event with fans.

Fans have until Friday to enter for a chance to attend the event.

"The Host" is the latest book by "The Twilight Saga" best-selling author Stephenie Meyer to be adapted for the big screen.

The film stars Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan ("Atonement") as Melanie, one of the few survivors of an otherworldly invasion where parasitic alien souls take over the bodies of humans.

But when Melanie's body is invaded by an alien form called "Wanda," her fellow survivors -- including Jared (Irons) and Ian (Abel) -- struggle with risks of determining whether she is friend or foe.

"The Host" opens in theaters March 29. See a trailer from the film below.
