Prince is continuing to have a blast on Twitter -- this time showing some love for a hit comedian who previously lampooned the Minnesota music legend's image.

Vulture reports that the Purple One Friday night tweeted the cover photo for his new single, "Breakfast Can Wait," featuring a photo of Dave Chappelle on the cover.

But this wasn't an ordinary photo of Chappelle -- it was of the former Comedy Central entertainer dressed as Prince from one of the skits featured on "Chappelle's Show."

In the skit, dubbed "Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories," Murphy recalls an encounter with Prince, where the musician and the Revolution dominate the comedian and his buddies in a game of basketball.

Afterward, Prince invites Murphy and his pals to stay for breakfast -- and serves them pancakes.

In addition to the photo of Chappelle, Prince's tweet also included a link to a YouTube video that featured a snippet from "Breakfast Can Wait."

Prince began tweeting for the first time on Wednesday, and his new account, Prince 3rdEyeGirl, immediately shot up to more than 50,000 followers by midday.

The account, which Prince has been using to promote his music and post amusing photos, as of Monday morning has more than 137,000 followers.
