Rescue dogs from Minnesota will strut their stuff down the runway in hopes of being adopted.
The one-of-a-kind, dog adoption fashion show is at the Mall of America rotunda on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 1-4 p.m., the mall said on its website.
More than 20 dogs and puppies from Coco's Heart Dog Rescue will be walking the runway in outfits designed by students from the University of Minnesota College of Design and St. Kate's Apparel Design program, the release says.
The fashion shows will take place at 1 and 2:30 p.m.
And the designers' outfits will be judged and receive prizes for first, second, and third place.
All of the dogs are looking for homes, and anyone who attends can register to adopt at the event.
As if dogs wearing clothes isn't cute enough, there will also be a puppy petting pen in the rotunda where people can visit and play with puppies from Coco's Heart.
