Although Twin Cities rock favorites The Suburbs won't be releasing their new album "Si Sauvage" until the end of August, they're giving fans a listen of what's to come with a new song from the collection.

"Turn the Radio On" made its debut online Wednesday.

The Star Tribune was enthusiastic about the tune, saying singer and front man Chan Poling coolly channels David Bowie "around buoyant horns and a catchy, bop-bop pop hook."

You can hear the entire song here.

The release of "Turn the Radio On" comes a couple weeks after The Suburbs announced the release of "Si Sauvage," the first album from Minneapolis group in 27 years.

The group is trying to fund the release of the album -- due out Aug. 27 -- through a Kickstarter campaign.

At current, the group is a little over $19,000 into their $65,000 goal, which ends July 26.
