That's because it will be (relatively) warm in the Twin Cities this coming Feb. 14, breaking a cold snap in the metro area.

The National Weather Service (NWS) is predicting a sunny Wednesday with daytime highs between 35-45 – scorching compared to the past week.

And it's as if the stars aligned for all Twin Cities lovers, because the above-freezing temperatures will have disappeared by Thursday.

You can check out what TripAdvisor users recommend for the best things to do outdoors in the Twin Cities – the weather will be perfect for a romantic stroll across the Stone Arch Bridge.
