Video: Check out this guy's awesome Super Mario pancakes (ours kind of sucked)

Ours didn't really look like Mario ... at all.

Nathan Ziegler is a Twin Cities YouTuber, cold weather scientist, and pancake artist. He recently did a video on how to make Minnesota Wild pancakes. We wrote a story on that and decided to invite him over for a demonstration and pancake challenge: aka him making something awesome and us failing miserably.

Check out how we did in the video above.

Also be sure to check out Nathan's Youtube channel Minnesota Cold – he's made all sorts of Minnesota-themed pancakes.

He also does cold-weather experiments. Ziegler is the guy who threw boiling hot water into freezing cold air a few years ago, and jumped onto an ice-covered trampoline.
