Video: All the moving tributes to Prince at last night's BET Awards

Woven throughout the BET Awards Sunday night were tributes to Prince.

Often emotional and moving, artists including of Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, Prince collaborator Sheila E., Janelle Monáe, and more, took the stage to cover some of the Purple One's songs. That includes hits like "Purple Rain," and lesser-known tracks like “The Ballad of Dorothy Parker."

According to Google, prince won two BET Awards – Best Male R&B/Pop Artist in 2006, and a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010.

Dave Chappelle also took some time to talk about Prince's death, calling April 21 a "very difficult morning for many of us."

"Got that news that one of our heroes had left us, and literally our hearts were broken," he said.
