White Sox pitcher Adam LaRoche's son Drake received a history lesson during this year's Chicago White Sox camp. The topic: who in the world is Bo Jackson?

MLB.com posted a video of the former MLB All-Star and NFL Pro Bowl player (who was also named  ESPN's Greatest Athlete of All Time) patiently explaining his career to the curious 13-year-old. "Have you ever heard of the Heisman trophy?" Jackson asked Drake, finishing, "I won that."

In Drake's defense, Jackson's 1990 retirement happened long before the young player was even born.
