Web Catch: Johnny Depp returns as Jack Sparrow to surprise young patient

You might not know this about Johnny Depp, but he has so much fun visiting children's hospitals dressed up as his most famous character, that he brings his Captain Jack Sparrow costume with him everywhere he goes.

On Wednesday he took some time out from filming the latest installment of "Pirates of the Caribbean" in Australia to pay a visit to the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane, bringing with him his co-star Stephen Graham, who plays "Scrum."

It was there he met Ula – a girl who has twice fought cancer – who thought she would be brought to a room full of spiders when she was told she had a surprise waiting for her.

It turned out to be much, much better than a roomful of spiders, and you can watch her reaction in the video above, courtesy of Juiced TV. She then led the Captain and Scrum around to meet all the other children in the hospital.

"He was here for the kids," Rachel Bennett, the mother of one of the hospital's patients told ABC News Australia. "He came on the condition that he wasn't pushed along and crowded by adults and he could spend as much time as he wanted with the kids."
