It's a new take on an old game – the game, of course, is the old childhood standby in which the floor suddenly 'becomes' lava/a sea full of sharks/some other treacherous environment; salvation arrives only in the form of pieces of furniture or a once-proud throw pillow.

But when dad is an animator for Dreamworks, the activity takes on a life of its own.

Watch 4-year-old James and his sidekick sister dive headfirst into a living room shark attack in the video above. (Thankfully, mom is just around the corner when things get dicey.)
