A heartwarming moment, caught on camera, when a North Carolina Target employee showed a young man – preparing for a job interview – how to tie a tie. Read more below the photo.

The original photo – which was posted to Target's Facebook page – has more than 55,000 likes, and nearly 4,900 shares.
