What does chef Gavin Kaysen eat at work? Frozen dinners, apparently

Apparently Gavin Kaysen – the star chef behind the hit Minneapolis restaurant Spoon and Stable – eats frozen meals when he's in the office.

At least according to an Instagram post by chef Andrew Zimmern.


Kaysen hasn't denied keeping Smart Ones and Eggo waffles in his freezer at the office, but he did send a tweet in response to Zimmern's photo.


Zimmern and Kaysen seem to be pretty good pals – they've teamed up for a food stand inside U.S. Bank Stadium, and various social media posts show them joking around with one another.
