Wisconsin Girl Scout, 11, wins chance to appear in Coffee-Mate ad

A fifth-grader from River Falls, Wis., is representing the Girl Scouts in a new Coffee-Mate TV ad after winning a nationwide talent search, Fox 9 reports.

Abby Fry, 11, from Girl Scout Troop #53022, got her shot at the big time after she was selected in a national casting call for the 30-second spot.

Fry is seen in the ad pitching Coffee-Mate's latest creamers, which are based on Girl Scout cookie flavors.

The River Falls Journal says Fry submitted her own audition video and was selected from judging panel who looked at more than 600 online and in-person auditions last summer.

Abby Fry's father, Blake Fry, says he and his daughter got the A-list treatment while shooting the spot in Hollywood, Calif. After the Frys were flown out to California first-class, they were driven around in a Stretch Navigator.

"We felt like stars while the shoot was going on," Blake Fry told Fox 9.
