"There's an old saying in Tennessee I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee that says, fool me once, shame on .... shame on you. Fool me .... you can't get fooled again."

Drake fans should heed the famous words of former President George Bush, because the hip-hop star has rescheduled his concert at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul for a third time.

The Canadian rapper was first scheduled to perform alongside Migos for the Aubrey and the Three Migos tour on Aug. 1, but it was pushed back when a member of Migos was arrested on weapons charges.

The show was rescheduled to Aug. 12, but just days before it was set to take place it was again postponed "due to production issues."

Now it's been re-rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11.

All tickets will be honored for the new dates, the arena says.

Refunds will be given at the Xcel Energy Center to fans who can't make the new date.
