The Minnesota State Fair 2019 rollout continued on Monday with the release of its list of new drinks coming to next month's extravaganza.

After revealing 31 new foods coming to this year's Great Minnesota Get-Together, the State Fair revealed the dishes will be joined by no fewer than 53 new drink options.

You can see the full list of new drinks here – we're not going to list them all as there are way too many – but we did pick out a few that are of particular interest.

Proving very much on trend, this year's State Fair could be the Summer of Seltzer, with three new seltzer concoctions debuting this year.

They are:

Cherry Firework Hard Seltzer

Gluten-free hard seltzer by Lift Bridge is flavored with all-natural cherries. 5.0% ABV. At Ball Park Cafe, on Underwood Street between Dan Patch and Carnes.

Very Berry Frozen Hard Seltzer

Frozen hard seltzer with flavors of summer berries. 5.5% ABV. Brewed by The Freehouse in Minneapolis, sold at The Blue Barn at the West End Market.

White Claw Red Bull Slushie

Black Cherry White Claw Hard Seltzer mixed with Coconut Berry Red Bull. At O’Gara’s at the Fair at Dan Patch Avenue and Cosgrove Street.

Elsewhere, there's an abundance of new beer, cider and wines that will make their first appearance at the fair.

Here's a few notable additions:

Berry Go Round Sour

By Schell's Brewing Co., a Berliner Weise aged in cypress wood and refermented on raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. 5.0% ABV. Found at Lulu's Public House, West End Market.

Canoe Paddler Kölsch

From Leinenkugel's and available at the Leinie Lodge Bandshell, the German-style Kölsch is brewed with rye. 5.0% ABV and with 11 IBUs.

Cotton Candy Cream Ale

Found at the Hildebrand Concessions in the Grandstand concert venue, the Lupulin Brewing 5.0% ABV beer mixes cream ale with a State Fair classic. You need a concert ticket to try this.

Dreamsicle Hard Malt

Served at Coasters at Carnes and Liggett, it's a combination of blood orange hard Italian soda with vanilla ice cream.

Michelada

Michelob Golden Light mixed with hot sauce, lime juice and a blend of spices, from Tejas Express in The Garden, north wall.

Northstar Frosé Blanc

Served at Giggles' Campfire Grill, it's a blend of guava purée; lemon, orange and passion fruit juices mixed with Round Lake Winery's Skinny Dipping Tropical Passion white wine. 5.3% ABV.

Orange Push-Up Pop

A pale ale that is finished with orange cream and lactose, and rimmed with orange sugar. It's the creation of Fulton Brewing and is available at Cafe Caribe on Carnes Avenue.
