After delays, Brick & Bourbon commits to St. Cloud location

This will be the third location for the popular "craft bar & eatery"
Publish date:

After a false starts or two, Brick & Bourbon is finally set to open a location in St. Cloud.

This will be the third location for the popular restaurant in (almost) as many years; it originally opened for business in Stillwater in 2017 and then launched a second location in Maple Grove the following year.

According to Brick & Bourbon's website, the address for the upcoming St. Cloud spot will be 119 5th Ave S, the site of the former Brothers Bar in the downtown area.

Indeed, the property owner tells the St. Cloud Times he met with the owners of the growing restaurant chain in January, and that they're now "committed to coming here" — with plans to open "in early summer."

As the paper notes, one of the restaurant's co-owners announced plans to open in St. Cloud in August 2018, but that date came and went probably due to "Brick & Bourbon's overwhelming success at its current two locations."

Aside from the "early summer" opening date, details are few — the website simply says the St. Cloud restaurant is "coming soon."

The site is also promising the same for an Eden Prairie location, which would expand the chain's reach to four outlets.
