After just 10 months in business, The Pourhouse Dinkytown is no more

It replaced The Library late last year.
Author:

It was a year ago this month that The Library closed in Dinkytown and signs went up for the impending arrival of a second Pourhouse location.

Fast-forward to today, and the Pourhouse Dinkytown has apparently closed down after just 10 months in business.

The rumors started earlier this week, with the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Twitter page seeking to get confirmation.

The closure has now been confirmed not only by CityPages, but also by the bar's removal of its Facebook and Twitter accounts.

After opening in Dinkytown late last year, The Pourhouse followed by opening a third Minneapolis location in Uptown this March, taking over the space vacated by Coup D'Etat on Girard Avenue South.

Its original location, in downtown Minneapolis, opened its doors in 2012.
