Revival, the south Minneapolis restaurant lauded for its fried chicken and burgers, is debuting its first food truck.
And it'll be parked at Indeed Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis for the rest of the summer.
Revival at Indeed will offer taproom guests a custom menu, inspired from the southern comfort dishes that have made the restaurant locations a hit, with the added twist of incorporating some of Indeed's own flavors.
The food truck opened Thursday, Aug. 11, and will operate Wednesdays through Fridays (4-10 p.m.) and on the weekend (noon-8 p.m.). The plan is to keep it going into early fall, with an exact end date to be determined.
