A wing joint selling meat and plant-based wings is opening inside Glam Doll Donuts in Northeast Minneapolis next week.
The menu features chicken wings and "Vingz," a vegan wing created by Herbivorous Butcher, the Star Tribune reports. B.A.D. Wingz said on Facebook that there are 10 sauces and two rubs available to go with the wings.
Minneapolis Eater shares details on some of the sauces, including a Cashville hot (a sweeter version of Nashville hot), MPLS Mambo, and traditional wing flavors like buffalo and barbecue.
Side dishes, including steak fries and sweet potato fries, will also be on the menu, the publications note, as well as roasted sweet corn, buffalo-style cauliflower-spinach dip, and jalapeno cheese curds, among other things, the Star Tribune says.
B.A.D. Wingz is located at 519 Central Ave. NE in Minneapolis. Glam Doll also has a location on Eat Street in south Minneapolis.
