Minnesota music legend Bob Dylan is returning to the Twin Cities for a gig at Midway Stadium in St. Paul, the Star Tribune reports.

The show, scheduled for July 10, is part of his "AmericanaramA" tour, announced Sunday on his website.

The Midway gig will also feature Wilco, My Morning Jacket and Richard Thompson, which the Star Tribune says is "pretty much a guaranteed grand slam for lovers of rootsy rock music."

According to Dylan's website, pre-sale tickets go on sale Wednesday, but nothing specific was mentioned about the Minnesota show.

Dylan's stop at Midway is clearly by design, since other stops on the tour alternate between small ballparks and amphitheaters.

The Hibbing native's last concert at Midway in 2005 -- which also featured country music legend Willie Nelson -- drew 12,000 fans.

Dylan, who will turn 72 in May, last played the Twin Cities in November at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

While reviews of the concert were mixed, there was a consensus that Rock and Roll Hall of Famer was having a good time at the show.

Dylan also played Rochester in August, but in a shift of direction, stuck to playing piano most of the show.
