Construction wraps on North Loop Green towers that overlook Target Field
Construction is complete on two new towers in downtown Minneapolis.
The mixed-use development, called North Loop Green, consists of a 34-story, 449-unit residential tower overlooking Target Field; a 14-story, 365,000-square-foot office building; and a 471-stall parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations, according to Kraus-Anderson.
Hines, the Texas-based real estate investment, development and management firm behind North Loop Green, earlier this year announced the three restaurants expected to open soon within the development.
Chef Brian Ingram's brunch chain Hope Breakfast Bar will be joined by a new modern Italian concept from Ingram's Purpose Restaurants, to be called Salt & Flour.
The development will also introduce Bassett Hound, an original café concept from Marquee Development and Levy.
The new residences, some of which offer a view of the Twins stadium, range from a roughly $1,600-per-month studio to a $11,500-per-month penthouse.
Amenities include a one-acre park, which will host food trucks, and a sky lounge offering views of the downtown skyline and Mississippi River.
Residents also have access to a fitness center and health club, pool and sauna, golf and gaming simulator, work-from-home lounges, a dog lounge with washing stations and dog run, and more.
The office tower also offers views of the downtown skyline, with exclusive terraces on every floor and the rooftop.
Investment banking firm Piper Sandler & Co. is set to become the office tower's anchor tenant next year.
