Why hasn't anyone thought of this before?

It's a food truck, dedicated to cookie dough – and it's safe to eat, because there aren't any eggs in it, according to the Dough Dough food truck website.

Dough Dough, from the creators of the O'Cheeze food truck, is hoping to hit the streets of the Twin Cities on May 17, the food truck tweetedThe Star Tribune says it'll serve seven different flavors of cookie dough, and eventually expand into cookie pops, cookie sandwiches and cookie cones.

Among the flavors in the works: cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, and chocolate chip, Dough Dough said on Facebook.

The Star Tribune notes Dough Dough won't be on the streets every day, instead it plans to focus more on corporate events, weddings and festivals.

If you're interested in having cookie dough at an event, Dough Dough is taking reservations now – you can send them an email at contactus@doughdoughmn.com, visit their website here, or call 612-568-5737.
