Disgraced comedian Louis CK is returning to Minneapolis in November after selling out five shows there last month.
The six-time Emmy Award is going on a 30-city U.S. tour, which includes two nights at Pantages Theatre in Minneapolis on Nov. 18 and 19.
Tickets are on sale now, priced between $34 and $79.
CK performed five shows over three nights at Acme Comedy Club in Minneapolis in July. The tickets for it sold out within hours.
The stint at Acme was the second run of shows for CK since he admitted to masturbating in front of women without their permission, after some of the victims went public with their stories. The comedian did eight shows at Acme in May of 2019.
A spokesperson for Hennepin Theatre Trust, which runs Pantages Theatre, told the Pioneer Press that Nightowl Productions is promoting CK's shows, and it is only renting it out.
The event is listed on Hennepin Theatre Trust's website and states it is presented by Nightowl Productions. Other comedy events are presented by Hennepin Theatre Trust.
Like the Acme shows, Hennepin Theatre Trust's website says the event is a "phone-free experience" and the use of phones, smartwatches, smart accessories, cameras or recording devices "will not be permitted in the performance space."
CK's 2021 tour includes a few shows that were postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tour kicks off Aug. 13 in New York and concludes in Boston in December. CK is then headed abroad in February 2022 to perform in shows that were originally scheduled for May 2020 and May 2021.
