Comedy legend Don Rickles says "doctor's orders" will keep him from traveling to Prior Lake next month for a planned comedy gig at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, the Star Tribune reports.

Rickles' press agent said in statement that the comedian is "recuperating from a treatment for a leg infection" and "has been instructed not to fly for at least the next six weeks."

Rickles, 87, lives in Los Angeles.

Ticketholders can contact the Mystic Lake box office and Ticketmaster regarding refunds.

In addition to his stand-up comedy work over the years, Rickles has starred in such films as "Casino" and "Zookeeper," and several TV shows including "Newhard, "The Unit," and most recently "Hot in Cleveland."

Rickles has also performed the voice of Mr. Potato Head in all three of Disney-Pixar's "Toy Story" films and several video shorts based on the series.

He'll next be heard in the TV movie "Toy Story of Terror" later this month.
