Earth, Wind & Fire, 311, The Offspring announced for State Fair Grandstand

Earth, Wind & Fire and The Offspring will play the fairgrounds.

The Grandstand lineup for this year's Minnesota State Fair continues to take shape with two more announcements on Monday.

The State Fair confirmed that disco legends Earth, Wind & Fire will play the Grandstand on Sunday, Aug. 26 – with Sinbad the special guest.

Then, on Friday, Aug. 31, rockers 311, The Offspring, and Gym Class Heroes will take the stage.

Tickets for Earth, Wind & Fire cost $39 or $49, and go on sale at noon on Friday at etix.com.

311 and The Offspring is a little pricier, with tickets at $49 and $59, and they go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

Other acts announced for the Grandstand series so far include The Beach Boys, the B-52s, Culture Club, Niall Horan, Jason Mraz and Impractical Jokers.
