Unbelievable footage from Forest City, in northern Iowa, shows what an incredible amount of rain falling in a short period of time can do to a football field.

The video, posted to Twitter by the Forest City High School football team, shows the turf moving up and down as a man walks across it.

The tweet says they received eight inches of rain in less than an hour on Sunday.

According to KAAL, flash flooding in the city forced closures of highways and area roads, but they were reopened after waters receded by Monday morning.
