A bevy of Minnesota musicians have been announced for two nights of free music at the State Fair courtesy of First Avenue.

The legendary venue has announced the two-day showcase for local artists, called First Avenue Goes to the Fair, which will be held on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 30 and 31, at the Schell's Stage at Schilling Amphitheater.

The Friday night will be hosted by Mark Mallman and will feature acts including Har Mar Superstar, Dwynell Roland, and Lady Lark.

On Saturday, Lori Barbero will host with performers including deM atlaS, Brother Ali, Haley and Seaberg.

The music starts at 8 p.m. on both nights, and is open to all ages.
