A tear-filled trip to Target led to a heartwarming moment for FOX 9's Leah Beno this week.

The reporter and weekend anchor was at Target Wednesday, stocking up with a crying baby in tow. Another shopper saw the scene and - with Mother's Day approaching - took it upon herself to offer a bit of support.

Beno shared the story of kindness on Twitter:

The flowers were gifted after checking out, she later clarified.

Beno gave birth to her second child, Joseph, at the end of March. Vincent, her eldest, was born in 2016. She's been with FOX 9 for a decade now.

So there's your heartwarming "Restore a little faith in humanity" Minnesota Nice story to put a smile on your face this Friday.
